Returns & Exchanges

Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only — we're a small, independently curated boutique and we appreciate your understanding here.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and items must be received back within 7 business days of approval to qualify for credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

We partner with Loop Returns to make the process simple. To start a return, use the link here and follow the steps provided. Once approved, we'll send a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending your package back. Items sent to us without an approved return request won't be accepted.

We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet these conditions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want: return your original item, and once it's approved, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
